Abstract

The paper proposes an approach to the manipulation and control of the domain model in the form of a semantic network based on the definition of a specialized subnet called the control configuration. The possibility of determining the control configurations is considered and the language means of their definition in the form of the configuration structure definition language and the configuration interface definition language are proposed. The developed methods are implemented as a specialized means of editing semantic networks. In the course of editing, the ways of consideration of the subject area are coordinated, which provides the possibility of preserving the semantic stability of the network. Approbation of work was carried out in the course of solving practical problems in the field of jurisprudence.

Abstract

The problem of improvement of quality of information search on the Internet is considered. Submission of information in the form of the information graph and a search engine on the basis of exemplar queries is considered. Use of semantic criteria of similarity of graphs which gives the possibility to organize a semantic filtration of decisions is offered. Options of determination of criteria of similarity are presented, definitions are given and expressions for some classes of criteria are presented. It is shown that fitting of frames can be used for establishment of criteria of semantic similarity.

Abstract

The quality of life is a subjective-objective characteristic of a person's life, which describes the many possible components of a person's life, directly affecting his satisfaction with life. The author proposes to apply methods of cognitive modeling in the field of quality of life research. Cognitive models of the quality of life will be interesting not only to researchers of the quality of life, but can be useful for other branches of knowledge, where subjective characteristics of respondents' satisfaction with their lives are needed, as well as in the applied field in support of decision-making.

7. MODELING DECISION-MAKING BASED ON SUBJECTIVE PERCEPTIONS OF A SITUATION OF CHOICE UNDER CONDITIONS OF INCOMPLETE AND UNRELIABLE KNOWLEDGE (с. 66-76)
Gennadiy P. Vinogradov (Doctor of technical sciences, Professor, wgp272ng@mail.ru), Tver state technical University
Abstract

The formal theory of choice developed by abstracting from the subjective factors. This led to the creation of a normative theory of decision making "perfect" the subject, but the logic of the problem of selection has led to the need to study how and why in real conditions there is "withdrawal" of the subject from normative rationality. The solution to this problem currently associated with the results obtained in the theory of reflexive games and the theory of information systems management with a will and intelligence. However, despite the abundance of works in this direction, the problem remains acute. The aim of this work is to show that the patterns of departure of the subject from the "ideal" of rational choice to the subjectively rational are connected with the peculiarities of identifying and understanding external conditions and the properties of their interests. External factors associated with the commitments taken by the agent. Internal factors reflect the interests of the subject, induced his needs and ethical system to which he adheres. The result of this work is to proof that the choice of subject is based on perceptions of the situation of choice, which reflect different aspects of understanding the subject and its properties and they form an information structure of ideas, as a lot of possible ideas. Evaluation of satisfaction with the current situation of choice of a subject result in changes to the structure of interests of the subject, and he can choose it. It is shown that the entity in making decisions uses three sets of alternatives: control, structural, and identification. This implies the inclusion in the decision model of the virtual three parties involved in the selection of appropriate alternatives. Rules for the choice of these alternatives, depending on the subject's understanding of the situation and structure their interests are shaped by compromise and the problem of modeling the choice of acquiring the game contents.

Abstract

The article describes the development of a decision support system for choosing energy-saving measures for an educational institution. The initial data are classified according to the level of availability and form of presentation. The role of fuzzy information obtained through the collection of opinions of employees in the formation of the program of measures is indicated. On the example of the survey of heating systems, a formal description of the process of automatic generation of solutions to improve the quality of energy consumption through fuzzy implications is made, rules for decision making are developed and matrices of fuzzy relationships are constructed.
